From the Triassic, Rhaetic Penarth group.
Collected from Westbury on Severn Garden cliff in Gloucester England.
A very enigmatic trace fossil, it is unknown what specific animal made the Radichnus fossil, but is largely considered to be a gardening trace (Agrichnia), with randomly arranged scratch marks,(according to Wang to be probably from a crab), that never cross paths, thereby not processing the same ground twice.
The entire specimen including base cut matrix measures 86mm x 63mm.
