From the Cretaceous,Albian stage.
Collected from Faringdon,Oxfordshire,England.
The shaft from a Pliosaur propodial,(Limb bone) in a chocolate colour, typical of the preservation from the Wicklesham Sponge gravels,all sorts of material emerged, when this site was really going,but it was best known for the proliferation of sponges.
The bone is loose from matrix and measures 91mm x 62mm.
