Bone from a giant predatory marine reptile. Pliosaurs grew to over 60 feet in length and were the top marine predators of the late Jurassic seas.
The slice is from the proximal end of the Propodial, has been Cut and polished to reveal the internal cell structure
The bone is loose from matrix and measures 80mm x 68mm.
