From the Jurassic pliensbachian PB1B ,ibex zone
Very nice complete bivalve, loose from matrix ,these specimens are difficult to obtain now as the site was closed to collectors.From the lower lias ,and collected some years back from Blockley in the Cotswold's.
The Bivalve measures 31mm x 15mm.
