Permian leaves, from Dunedoo new south Wales in Australia from the blackwater formation.
Tongue shaped,and fantastic vein structures, this represents Leaves litter from the forest floor with really nice colouration and definition the species sadly died out at the end of the Triassic,
but has the interest of having given us the evidence for the drifting of the continents.
The whole piece measures 98mm x 52mm.
